BEQ 4166 - 4168 REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS

Building 4166 and 4167 are three-story, 43,000 SF Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) built in 1987. Building 4168 is a three-story, 35,796 SF Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) built in 1987.  The objective of this project is a complete building renovation, in order to provide a more comfortable and functional environment for the building occupants. CCE Provided the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs for the renovation of the barracks buildings.  Sustainable Design and Energy Modeling were provided.
