Designed with a raised floor, 100 KVA UPS, FM 200 fire suppression system, 250 KW generator, pre-action sprinkler system, and 2 Leibert units with humidity controls.  Designed plumbing, mechanical and electrical for a 50,000 SF office fit-up.  This included private offices, open office space, restrooms and break-room.
