• The electrical systems had to incorporate laser units that came with their own UPS that required special coordination
• The electrical design team had to spend considerable time coordinating with eye lane equipment for the automated lighting control
• The mechanical system was designed with a roof-top VAV system with separate dedicated specialty units for selected areas
• The predominant challenge in designing for this project was the complex specialty items involved while adhering to the budget
• Construction Cost: $3.8 million
