This project is the redevelopment of the abandoned 1915 Dillon Supply Warehouse into a state of the art office work space to include the addition of 2 floors as well as a Multi-Use Parking Deck and Complex.

Crenshaw Consulting Engineers provided the Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical, Fire Alarm Engineering Designs to include a 4 pipe hot and chilled water VAV mechanical system with a 550 ton cooling capacity as well as a variable refrigerant flow split conditioning system and energy recovery ventilation.  Other features include the design for a 1.5 megawatt generator with a UL 2085 and a 2,300 gallon diesel tank, hot water solar thermal consisting of 2,120 gallon storage tanks and 7 solar roof top panels providing 30% of the buildings hot water needs, day light harvesting, full building lighting control automation as well as an 11 kw photo voltaic solar system.  Numerous energy models were provided to determine the most cost efficient cutting edge energy savings methods and solutions.
