• The Scope of Work Calls for Updates to Floor, Wall, and Ceiling Finishes, Various Accessibility Upgrades, Replacement of Roofing and HVAC Systems, Plumbing and Electrical modifications
• The HVAC Systems are Comprised of:
  • 4-Pipe Chilled/Hot Water System with Multi-Zone Air Handlers
  • Dedicated Outside Air System Unit to Provide Conditioned Outside Air to the Building
• Plumbing Modifications Included:
  • Replacing All Existing Plumbing Fixtures
