  • ​The existing Main Clinic Building #2800 is a 98,000 SF single story structure that was originally built in 1957 and was comprised of approximately 36,200 SF with a later addition in 1975, as well as two much smaller additions in 1988 and 1995
  • The primary objective of this project was to replace the dated clinic with a new two story, 106,000 SF state-of-the-art primary care clinic
