This is a 9,202 SF facility designed to house a KC 130J Enlisted Air Crew Trainer (EACT), with administrative support spaces, miscellaneous utilities and infrastructure.

The HVAC Systems are Comprised of:

• 4-Pipe Chiller/Boiler Air Handling System
• Energy Recovery Unit
• Exhaust Systems for the Trainer Bay and the FuT Trainer

Electrical Systems Include:

• Energy Control Systems
• Intercom
• AV Networking Systems
• New Pad-Mounted Transformer
• New Panels and Electrical Distribution for the building
• Outside Plant (OSP) and Building Telecommunications

Third Party Certification for Sustainable Design is being pursued through the Green Building Initiative’s Guiding Principles Compliance certification process.
