CCE has been the on-sight PME engineering firm for this data center facility since 2010. Projects include humidification studies, controls projects, chiller replacements and overall maintenance of the facilities. Challenges include no downtime allowed.

NC Judicial Center
4,000 SF floor server  room that supports the judicial administrative center. Designed with 645 NEC raised floor, 225 KVA UPS and 750 KW standby generator.

Federal Treasury
98,000 SF renovation fit up with a  1,000 SF Data Center to include a 250 Kw generator, 100 KW UPS, 2 Leibert units with humidity controls and an FM200 fire suppression system.

Martin Marietta 
1,800 SF server room for corporate office. Designed with UPS, FM 200 fire suppression system and 550 KW generator.

Sensus RNI
1,600 SF server room that supports research lab. Design included 160 KV UPS and Pre-action sprinkler system.

Global Knowledge
1,800 SF server room that functions as consolidated corporate data storage area. Designed with a raised floor, 100 KVA UPS, FM 200 fire suppression system, 250 KW generator, pre-action sprinkler system, and 2 Leibert units with humidity controls 

HCL
Provided of off-site data storage for various companies - 3 server rooms totaling 1500 SF and designed to include under-floor HVAC air distribution, 30 KVA  UPS, and 750 KVA generator.

Kilpatrick Stockton 
200 SF server room that supports law office. Designed to include 10 KVA plug-in UPS and ceiling mounted Leibert HVAC system with humidity controls.

Itron
1,000 SF server room renovation designed with dedicated HVAC system, 250 KW UPS system and 250 KW generator.

Charles Schwab
3 separate server rooms renovated and re-designed that included new glycol dedicated cooling system consisting of above-ceiling units and roof-mounted equipment with piping running between multiple floors. Also incorporated new central 80 KVA UPS system that replaced individual UPS units.
