10 building warehouse/distribution complex totalling 550,000 SF. The buildings
range in size from 30,000 SF up to 85,000 SF and each building was designed
as flex space; with office are in the front and warehouse/distribution space in the
back. The total construction Cost was $20 million.
Lincoln Park South - Raleigh, NC: Crenshaw Consulting Engineers provided the
plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm engineering designs for this 5 building,
212,000 SF warehouse/distribution complex in Raleigh. The buildings range in size
from 30,000 SF up to 50,000 SF and each includes glass front entrances and
office space in front with warehouse/distribution space in the back. Total construction
cost was $10.6 million.
Raleigh Lions Clinic for the Blind - Raleigh, NC: Crenshaw Consulting Engineers
pvoded the plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm engineering designs for the
240,000 SF warehouse/distribution facility renovation for the Raleigh Lions Clinic.
Additionally portions of the manufacturing areas contained, created or manipulated
potentially flammable fibers in the air in sufficient quantities that we designed those areas
with enhanced filtration, very high air change rates and classified hazardous electrical
systems. The steps we took accounted for and mitigated the potentially hazardous
accumulation of fibers and protected them from ignition sources.
Southport Business Park - Morrisville, NC: Crenshaw Consulting Engineers has
provided turnkey, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery services including architectural,
plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and structural engineering for Southport Business
Park for over 3 years. The park is made up of 17 one story buildings totalling 900,000 SF
of office and flexspace. The project cost was approximately $60 million with fit ups included.
