Brett Mabe, PEMr. Brett Mabe, PE is the Mechanical Dept. Manager and Plumbing QC.
Mr. Mabe has been the Mechanical Department Manager and Plumbing QC for Crenshaw Consulting Engineers for the past 17 years and has done an excellent job understanding the needs of our customers and providing the highest quality engineering designs while still meeting client budget and deadline constraints. He is considered an expert in the Sustainable | LEED Mechanical Construction Engineering Design Arena with over 30 years of experience in this specific field. Mr. Mabe is responsible for Crenshaw Consulting’s mechanical department and for making sure we are meeting customers’ needs with cost effective, innovative and cutting - edge solutions. He mentors and empowers his mechanical team to design mechanical systems as if they were the owner of the building keeping tenants comfortable, utility costs efficient and mechanical systems costs in budget. His knowledge on LEED modeling of mechanical designs with various types of HVAC systems ranging from geothermal, boiler-chiller to typical VAV systems for both new construction and renovations is evidenced by the projects shown. Mr. Mabe and his mechanical team have provided the mechanical engineering designs for numerous LEED projects ranging from Silver to Platinum. As the Mechanical Department Manager, Mr. Mabe is intimately involved in every project Crenshaw Consulting engineers. |
