Description: 
Cambridge Village Senior Living  is an expansion of an existing 165-unit congregate care facility.  The expansion includes 125 additional Congregate Care Units, of which 10 will be Supportive Care. Units to be up to 3 one bedroom units types and up to 2 two bedroom unit types.  Crenshaw Consulting Engineers provided the electrical design for the electrical, fire alarm, mechanical and plumbing systems for the shell building and fit up as well as preliminary bid documents/pricing sets along with approving and reviewing shop drawings. Also provided the code consulting.  The mechanical systems consist of self contained vertical packaged systems  for residential, roof top packaged air handling units (gas fired) and ductless split.
