Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, Inc. was a part of the team that was responsible for performing the facility assessment of the project. In addition, CCE provided the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering designs for the complete renovation and addition to the Carolina Pines Community Center. Although this project is not LEED Certified, it does have many sustainable design features incorporated throughout the building. One of our major areas of focus was on the updating of the lighting system as well as the HVAC system.
