222 West Hargett Street – Raleigh, NC: Crenshaw Consulting Engineers (CCE) designed the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical for eight different renovation projects in this building. The projects were for multiple departments house in the building; the City Manager, IT department, Parks and Recreation, Finance, and Personnel.
Dillon Building –Raleigh, NC: CCE designed the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical for three separate renovation projects in this building. The projects were for several different departments housed in the building; the Fire Administration, Help Desk, and the Community Development department.
Police Substation - Litchford – Raleigh, NC: CCE designed the plumbing, mechanical and electrical for a 6,100 SF conversion from a retail space to a City of Raleigh Police Substation at Litchford Village.
Police Substation - Southgate Plaza – Raleigh, NC: CCE provided the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs for a 5,800 SF conversion from a former retail space into a City of Raleigh Police Substation at Southgage Plaza.
Police Substation - Avent Ferry – Raleigh, NC: CCE designed the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical for a 6,300 SF conversion of a former retail space into a City of Raleigh Police Substation at the Avent Ferry Shopping Center.
Inspections Department - Litchford – Raleigh, NC: CCE designed the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical for a 3,100 SF conversion of former retail space into a City of Raleigh Inspections Department at Litchford Village. While working on this project we provided plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs for the 1,550 SF expansion of the existing Police Substation at Litchford Village.
Police Department - 1221 Front Street - Raleigh, NC: CCE provided the plumbing and electrical design a 50,000 SF office and warehouse conversion to the City of Raleigh Police Department. A portion of the existing office space was renovated approximately one year later at the same location and CCE provided the mechanical and electrical engineering designs.
