FORT BRAGG SINGLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC)
Fayatteville, NC and August, GA

 Crenshaw Consulting Engineers provided the plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and telecommunications engineering design services as part of a design/build team with Heery International (architect) and White Hawk/Todd (contractor) under a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC).

​ We worked collaboratively with the architect, general contractor and the sub contractors to give the government the most cost efficient yet quality product possible.

Ft. Gordon One-Stop Building:

• LEED Silver
• Cost: $2.9 Million
• 9,800 SF Office Building Renovation

• ​Base-Wide Central Chilled and High Temperature Hot Water System
• Four-Pipe Chilled Beam System Designed for All Interior Spaces
• First Chilled Beam System Used at Fort Gordon
• The Base Is Pleased to See a High Performance, Cost Efficient HVAC System in Such a Limited Space.

Ft. Bragg Bet Surgery Clinic

• Cost: $650K
• New 2,440 SF Single-Story Veterinary Clinic

• Required Telecommunications, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Design
• Designed to Be Energy Efficient and Cost Effective
• Included Medical Gasses, Surgery, and Radiology Areas

​Ft. Bragg School

• Provided the Mechanical BIM Modeling in Revit MEP for a 183,000 SF New School Project
• Attended Numerous Clash Detection Sessions with the General Contractor and Other Trade Modelers Throughout BIM Modeling and Clash Detection Process.
