Fort Jackson Battalion Headquarters is a 25,000 SF building that was a task order as a design build project with the Osborne Company, Inc., CJMW Architecture and Crenshaw Consulting Engineers team for the USACE.  The building was designed to be utilized for classrooms and training facilities. The building is brick veneer over a steel structure.  The materials are sustainable, durable, and cost effective in comparison to other materials and will give the government value along with achieving the goals to meet the 25 year useful design life and 50 year replacement life.
