​Crenshaw Consulting Engineers provided the plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering design for the renovation of a  36,000 SF computer testing facility with attached breakroom and office space.  Provided the electrical for an additional 10,000 SF server testing area in the facility. ​

Mechanical

• Required  new equipment to accommodate the cooling needs of the office space

Electrical

• Required  new power connections for office work spaces and break room equipment

 

• Detailed information on existing circuitry was gathered prior to construction to evaluate what could be reused for new equipment
• Two additional transformers and three panels were added to accommodate the expansion
