The 35th Signal Brigade Headquarters project features the complete renovation of a 9,800 SF office building.  The design team was able to think outside the box and propose minor modifications to the floor plan provided in the solicitation which resulted in additional square footage while keeping the project in budget.  The USACE project manager appreciated the design team’s extra efforts in making this project a success.
