Crenshaw Consulting engineers (CCE) provided the plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm design. In addition to the design. Crenshaw Consulting’s Sister Company, Facility Performance Consulting (FPC) is performing the enhanced commissioning and has been on board with the project since the pre-design phase. We have been an essential part of the design build team. As a part of the team from the very beginning phases, FPC has been able to offer guidance and suggestions throughout the project so far. Services will also be provided to verify that the owner has adequate system documentation and training. Commissioning services will be provided in a timely manner in order to keep the project on schedule.
