Our focus has been to support MCAS Cherry Point and MCB Camp Lejeune with expansion and renovation projects that support the ever-changing facility requirements. To that end, many of the projects we undertake are performed simultaneously and under a standard 120 day schedule. All projects listed above include full mechanical, electrical, fire-protection, telecommunications, data system and ATFP upgrades as well as interior finishes replacement, architectural and structural (new truss roofs) design. Provided energy modeling for all renovation projects to realize
better than 30% improvement over ASHREA 90.1 standard requirements. The proposed design team has worked together on the projects listed above. Our team works closely with Base Facilities Engineers, and various user groups to ensure that designs satisfy criteria set forth by the group being served, meet all State Life Safety Requirements, and are built within budget. All projects also comply with Uniform Facilities Criteria set forth by NAVFAC. |
