Mr. Matt Frazier, PE, LEED AP BD+C is the Vice President of Operations and Electrical Department Manager | QC.
Mr. Frazier has been with Crenshaw Consulting Engineers since 2001 and has done an excellent job understanding the needs of our customers and providing the highest quality engineering designs while still meeting client budget and deadline constraints.  He is LEED AP BD+C Certified and is considered to be an expert in the Sustainable/LEED Electrical Engineering Design Arena with over 20 years of experience in this specific field.  Mr. Frazier is responsible for the overall day to day operations at Crenshaw Consulting and along with his team of highly skilled Professional Engineering Project Managers is responsible for overseeing, and mentoring the electrical department, ensuring that we are meeting customers’ needs with cost efficient/energy sustaining solutions for both the private and government sectors.  He is intimately involved negotiating proposals, hiring staff, teaming project manager engineers with design staff, monitoring workload and timeline to ensure on time quality engineering on every project.  As the VP of Operations and Electrical Department Manager, Mr. Frazier is involved in every project Crenshaw Consulting engineers.  Mr. Frazier has served in various roles as the project manager and electrical engineer for various projects on the UNC Hospital Annual Services Contract, Sunnybrook WakeMed MOB (LEED), Holly Spring Surgery Center, various other WakeMed Hospital Projects, Imperial Towers/Quintiles – LEED – Durham, NC, Hyatt House Hotel - North Hills – LEED - Raleigh, NC, Hewlett Packard Ongoing Facilities Contract, Credit Suisse RTP Campus as well for the Seymour Johnson Air force Base Battalion Head Quarters which is a LEED Gold Building in partnership with Duke Construction.  Our private and federal partners are extremely pleased with our team’s performance.
