Carol Johnson Poole Clubhouse at NC State University’s Centennial Campus is a two-story, 25,000 SF clubhouse which includes a variety of amenities for it’s users.
  • This project was designed for and achieved a LEED Silver Certification.
  • Crenshaw Consulting Engineers (CCE) provided the plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm engineering designs for this project and Facility Performance Consulting (FPC) provided the fundamental and enhanced commissioning for the clubhouse project. The commissioned systems include:
