Description:
The current Main Clinic Building #2800 is a 98,000 SF single story structure that was originally built in 1957 and was comprised of approximately 36,200 SF with a later addition in 1975, as well as two much smaller additions in 1988 and 1995.
The main objective of this project is to replace the dated clinic with a new two story, 106,000 SF state-of-the-art primary care clinic.
The Goal for this Project is Qualifying for LEED Silver under the 2009 LEED Healthcare Program
The Proposed HVAC System will be Comprised of:
The Building is Being Designed to Include a Vegetated Roof System and Translucent PTFE Canopy

- 4 VAV Double Wall Air Handling Units
- Floor Mounted Radiant Fintube Heaters

- Dedicated Panels for Type of Loads They Serve
- Lighting Controls
