The Consolidated Support Center Executive Level Administration Building, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC is a two story, 43,000 SF Air Force office building designed for energy efficiency and an ultra-long lifespan that is projected to be certified LEED Gold. Crenshaw Consulting Engineers provided the plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm engineering designs as part of a design build team with Duke Construction.

  • Located Close to Point of Use to Minimize Hot Water Delay and Losses
  • Conventional Drain and Vent System for Longevity and Low Maintenance 
  • Domestic Water Booster Pump Utilized to Increase Water Pressure Throughout the Building

  • Manual Transfer Switch for Portable Generator Connection
  • High-Efficiency Fluorescent 2X4 Parabolic Light Fixtures
  • Lighting Control Panel Programmed for Building Use Hours
  • Automatically Turns Off Lights Left on in Vacant Spaces
  • Motion Sensors Provided for Areas of Intermittent Use
