​This is a 24,000 SF major renovation and building footprint addition to incorporate new high-end amenities for an existing multi-building assisted living facility.

Significant design considerations included:

• Specialty lighting and controls.
  
• Special and  specific power requirements for equipment, resident needs and facilities.
  
• Incorporating a Kitchen and an Indoor Pool and Spa with Equipment Room into the facility in such a way as to provide desired comfort and continuity while addressing the specialty requirements of those areas.
  
• Properly conditioning and exhausting the new facilities not originally designed for the density of high air-change, ventilation and heat loading considerations associated with a commercial kitchen, indoor pool, etc.
  
• Meeting strict code requirements for spaces of this nature while preserving the desired home-like residential feel.
