This Project was the renovation of buildings existing from the school's establishment in the 1970's, as well designing new additions to the existing facilities. The School located in the heart of Raleigh has tremendously expanded in the past decade. Crenshaw Consulting Engineers has played a vital role in the St. David's expansions.

​Phase II – New Sports Complex ($3 Million):

• New Soccer, Lacrosse, Tennis, Baseball, Track, Field Houses and Concessions

​Phase IV | New 32,500 SF | 3 Story Middle School Building ($8.35 Million)

• Classrooms, Library and Labs
• Packaged Rooftop Units with VAV
