Description:
The Time and Temperature building is an existing building adjacent to Raleigh's Crabtree Valley Mall on the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Creedmoor Road. The building was returned to shell condition as part of a complete renovation. In conjunciton with this work, the building was fitted with upgraded plumbing, mechanical, and electrcial systems and designed to meet LEED Silver certification.
The mechanical system was completely retrofitted with a new water cooled, rotary-screw chiller, cooling tower, chilled water and condenser water pumps, variable air vlume air handling unit and a new building management and control system.
