Toringdon is a mixed use development consisting of 200,000 square feet of restaurants and specialty
retail shops, 700,000 square feet of Class A office buildings with 170,000 square feet of parking decks and 800 luxury town homes located on the 160 acre master planned development. The overall master planned development is still in the construction phases of expanding for the retail, restaurants and town homes, however, the office buildings, parking decks and some of the restaurant and retail components are 100% complete construction.
Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, Inc. has provided the engineering for the plumbing, electrical and fire alarm design as well as reviewed the mechanical designs for office buildings II, III, V, VI and VIII (shell and fit ups) and the parking decks for these buildings as well as one of the restaurants and one of
the retail buildings. The construction is 100% complete on each of these buildings. The Class A office
component of Toringdon that has already been built and was engineered by Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, Inc. consists of 470,000 Square Feet. The restaurant and retail components engineered by Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, Inc. consist of 75,000 Square Feet. This would include the engineering for decorative fountains and exterior site lighting.
