This distribution board serves a 600A distribution panel on each floor to allow the medical office tenants an adequate connection point on each floor for any medical equipoment they may have in their practice. This design eliminates the need for future tenants to route large feeders down to the first floor MDP. The 120/208V distribution was designed for 6W/SF instead of the typical 5W/SF to allow for additional medical equipment in the medical office spaces. The fire alarm system was designed per NFPA 72 standards and an addressable system with power extenders on each floor was installed for the future tenants needs. The roof drainage was designed with internal drains and overflow scuppers as teh secondary means. The water and waste were supplied to the building through typical methods and two wet columns were provided in the building to allow future tenants an accessible point of connection for their services.
